1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. No early check ins or late check outs.
*INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
2. This is a NON SMOKING cottage. Smoking is permitted however on the outside grounds.
*FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
3. Pets are not permitted in cottage under any conditions.
4. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $200.00 is required through PayPal. All major credit card/debit cards are accepted. An invoice will be emailed when reserving. Payment must be received within three (3) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit can be applied toward rent if no damages occur. If not applied towards rent, the deposit is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
a. No damage is done to cottage, patio, lanai, hot tub or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. Any charges that are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay will be settled at check out, such as breakfast.
c. All outstanding balances must be settled upon arrival.
d. No linens, beach gear, chairs, towels, robes, snorkel gear, boogie boards, hiking and cottage kitchen equipment and or accessories are lost or damaged.
e. All trash disposed in collection bin, dishes cleaned,and all items in cottage returned to it's original location.
f.Hot Tub – No children under the age of 12 permitted in hot tub at any time. When using the hot tub, remember there is certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. We drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in the Hot tub prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm till later that evening. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER, they will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm.
5. CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 persons. 3rd additional person can stay at an additional rate of $15.00 per night, a sleeping area with futon full bed w/ linens in Lanai below can be provided.
7. PROPERTY REQUIRES A (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
8. The Bali Cottage is not designed for the safety and enjoyment of children under the age of 16.
9. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the cottage, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available for an additional rate.
10. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.
11.TSUNAMI, HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane/Tsunami Warning area" and/or
b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tsunami/Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tsunami/Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Tsunami/Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Tsunami/Hurricane Warning" period.
12. Current Tax and handling fees ( 3% PayPal ) will be added to above rates. Cash or bank only money orders accepted for any rent balances.
